Working closely with your team and supervisor, you'll help ensure timely deliveries of beer, soda, and wine. Your work will contribute directly to customer satisfaction, all while enjoying a collaborative and supportive environment.What You’ll Do As a Warehouse Picker, you will be responsible for:

• Picking beverage orders accurately using scanners and pallet jacks*
• Following specific routes and labeled products to ensure correct order fulfillment*
• Meeting productivity goals of approximately 150 cases per hour (about 2 cases per minute)*
• Handling products like beer, soda, and wine safely and efficiently*
• Repetitive lifting of 45+ lbs regularly*
• Walking and standing throughout your shift, moving around the warehouse*
• Assisting with warehouse organization and cleanliness as needed

What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to lift 45+ lbs repeatedly and safely*
• Strong stamina to stand and walk for entire shifts*
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance*
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation to stay productive*
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience (preferred but not required)*
• Pallet jack or walk-behind pallet jack experience (preferred)*
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
