Telford, PA$18.50/hour to start + Weekly Pay

Your Schedule
- Training: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Regular Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Monday through Friday
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be hands-on in a production environment, building and assembling metal components using a variety of tools and equipment.
- Operate punch presses, spot welders, riveters, and other machinery
- Assemble and fabricate steel springs, stampings, and components
- Read and follow blueprints, routers, and specifications
- Perform quality checks using measuring tools
- Identify and separate defective or non-conforming products
- Report equipment issues and safety concerns
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- Some manufacturing or production experience (even entry-level is okay)
- Ability to read instructions and follow processes
- Comfort using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Team-first mindset and reliability
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
- Sit, stand, and move throughout the shift
- Work around machinery in a moderate-noise environment
