You will take a leading role on complex matters, including federal securities class actions, derivative litigation, M&A‑related disputes, SEC investigations, enforcement actions, and internal corporate inquiries. You will draft key pleadings and briefs, manage discovery, oversee workstreams, interact directly with clients, and contribute strategically to case strategy and execution.What We’re Looking For6+ years of securities litigation experience at a large law firm or comparable environmentSignificant experience with securities class actions, shareholder or derivative litigation, or SEC/regulatory mattersStrong writing, analytical, and advocacy skillsExperience managing complex matters and leading specific workstreamsAbility to work collaboratively across teams and interface directly with clientsSound judgment, professionalism, and commitment to delivering high‑quality workInterested in hearing more?
