Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Security Assurance Analyst to join our Tech Support Services team. This role is responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on IT security, risk management, and compliance. The Consulting Security Assurance Analyst will work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure the secure operation of our on-premise and cloud-based systems. This role will also involve the implementation of generative AI and the deployment and integration of new security systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OpenID, Cloud, vendor management, support, due diligence, deployment, integration, on-premise, generative AI, SOC2, IS27001, NIST, PCI, ticketing, Jira, security policies, third party, and risk assessment.Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance on IT security, risk management, and compliance.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments of third-party vendors.
• Oversee the deployment and integration of new security systems.
• Manage and maintain security policies and procedures.
• Work closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure the secure operation of our on-premise and cloud-based systems.
• Implement generative AI and other advanced security technologies.
• Manage security incidents and events using ticketing and Jira.
• Ensure compliance with SOC2, IS27001, NIST, and PCI standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT security, risk management, and compliance.
• Strong background in OpenID, Cloud, vendor management, support, due diligence, deployment, integration, on-premise, generative AI, SOC2, IS27001, NIST, PCI, ticketing, Jira, security policies, third party, and risk assessment.
• Proven experience managing and maintaining security policies and procedures.
• Demonstrated experience conducting due diligence and risk assessments of third-party vendors.
• Experience with the deployment and integration of new security systems.
• Knowledge of generative AI and other advanced security technologies.
• Experience managing security incidents and events using ticketing and Jira.
• Familiarity with SOC2, IS27001, NIST, and PCI standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
