Security Bike Patrol Officer

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

• Providetimelyand courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest serviceculture

• Patrol all exterior areas of the property including garages, parking lots, and surrounding buildings to ensure a safe and secure environment

• Manage traffic flow in and around the garage,assistingguests and reducing congestion

• Respond to and investigate incidents involving vehicles, suspicious behavior, and guest safety concerns

• Escort armored car personnel, trespassed individuals, andassistwith in-custody situations to ensure a secure and controlled environment

• Perform duties of a Security Officer, includingmaintainingpresence, responding to alarms, and writing detailed incident reports

• Assistguests inlocatinglost vehicles and provide directions or escort to destination whenappropriate

• Maintain company-issued bicycle in safe working condition and remain mobile throughout assigned shift

• Act as a liaison with the Taxi Authority andassistin resolving guest transportation concerns

• Serve as fire control center officer or time officer to provide break relief when necessary

• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position

• Provide outstanding guest servicein a timely mannerto both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1year oflaw enforcement, military, EMT, or securityexperience

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-pacedenvironment

• Strong communicationskills and willingness to work as part of ateam

• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious workenvironment

• Ability toaccess and input information using a moderately complex computer system

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams

Requirements

• This position is classified as safety-sensitive and requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening, including testing formarijuana

• At least21 years of age

• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal

• Obtain andmaintainall work cards as required by thecompany

• Verify right to work in the United States
