Position: Sales Representative

Location: Chichester NH
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (uncapped earnings potential)

Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in both residential and commercial markets.
Conduct on-site consultations with potential clients to assess security needs and recommend customized solutions.
Present, promote, and sell security products and services to meet customer needs.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and company products.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales (security industry or related field preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel required).
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
