Job Description
The Security Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the Security Manager with security processes, including physical security operations, incident report follow-up, and operational support at assigned Life.Church locations. The Security Coordinator provides operational and administrative support in coordination with their team’s efforts to further Life.Church’s mission and to reach people for Christ.

What You'll Do
- Support the Central Security Team with campus-specific and central security initiatives, including video security management, staff training, resource development, and other assigned tasks.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure campuses are following security policies and procedures.
- Support and coordinate the management of security threats, individuals, or situations that may pose a threat to Life.Church, staff, and guests.
- Collaborate with the Central Security Team to provide recommendations and guidance for risk mitigation strategies that may be required by Life.Church.
- Review incident reports for assigned locations and ensure proper follow-up and documentation occur.
- Obtain and maintain required state or local licensing to provide security in the state where residency ise stablished or when allowed by law.
- Assist with physical security operations at the Central Offices.
- Assist with other security operations as directed by Central Team Leader.
Skills Needed to Succeed
- Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems with innovation.
- Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to clearly explain complicated processes and foster partnerships.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of related experience.
- Must be eligible to obtain an armed security guard license through the State of Oklahoma or applicable state.
