Titan Security is currently hiring a Security Dispatcher to work at an Industrial location in Cleveland, Ohio.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Greet and assist employees and visitors, in a friendly and efficient manner, leaving a positive first impression.
- Ensure visitors and vendors are properly signed in prior to accessing the building.
- Identify all employees and/or visitors upon arrival.
- Monitor CCTV camera systems within the facility.
- Dispatch Patrol Officers to locations.
- Answer regular phones and emergency phones.
- Monitor alarm panels.
- Respond to incidents including property emergencies.
- Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages.
- Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Previous experience in security dispatching is preferred.
- Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time.
- Able to obtain an Ohio guard card.
Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a TWIC Card. Ohio Guard Card.
Preferred Certifications: NRC Certification.
