Sanctioned by the Asian Tour, these events offer a pathway for leading professional and amateur golfers from around the world into the LIV Golf League and the Majors.

HISTORY

Founded in 2021 and officially launched in 2022 with the eight-event LIV Golf Invitational Series, 2025 was our third 14-event season as the LIV Golf League.

The format respects golf's history and traditions with updates for modern-day sports fans; four days, 72 holes, no cut, shotgun start, and simultaneous Team and Individual competitions, offering a faster tournament that drives engaging storylines and offers an immersive fan experience. The League's award-winning events, each wholly owned and operated by LIV Golf and broadcast to over 900 million homes across 200 international territories, showcase world-class competition happening at LIV Golf's 14 global events. Music entertainment, food, live concerts, family-friendly activations and offer a festival-like atmosphere. A two-time winner of the World's Best Golf Event from the World Golf Awards and a Sports Business Awards Finalist for Sports Event of the Year, our signature hospitality, inclusive atmosphere, quality food and beverage offerings, post-play concerts have helped LIV Golf have helped build record-breaking attendance at events worldwide.

LIV Golf continues to expand its reach by bringing the League to new and returning markets featuring some of the most iconic venues in the world. It has also introduced free agency to professional golf, integrating end-of-season player promotion and relegation, team trades and off-season roster movement that drive year-round fan engagement, embraced by many of the world's most popular sports.

ROLE OBJECTIVE/THE TEAM

We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Security Engineer to help strengthen our cybersecurity posture, monitor and respond to threats, and support the day-to-day execution of security controls across the business.

You'll work closely with the Technology Risk & Security Manager to implement and operate the tools and processes that protect our cloud environments, applications, and users. You'll play a key role in identifying vulnerabilities, responding to incidents, and supporting security-related initiatives across technology and business teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts across infrastructure, endpoints, cloud services, and SaaS applications.

• Investigate security events and support incident response activities, including post-incident reviews.

• Manage and tune threat detection and protection tools (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, CrowdStrike, vulnerability scanners).

• Administer and improve security tooling, including endpoint protection, email security, and access control systems.

• Support secure configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud environments (GCP & Azure).

• Automate repeatable security tasks using scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).

• Conduct regular vulnerability scanning and support patch/vulnerability remediation.

• Track emerging threats and integrate intelligence into tooling and processes.

• Maintain asset inventories and support access reviews/privilege audits.

• Contribute to runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation.

• Support audit and compliance activities through evidence gathering and control validation (ISO 27001, CIS, etc.).

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Hands-on experience in a security engineering, infrastructure, or operations role.

• Strong familiarity with security tooling (e.g., CrowdStrike, Defender, Zscaler).

• Solid understanding of core security principles (least privilege, zero trust, defense in depth).

• Experience with cloud environments (preferably GCP & Azure) and IAM/logging.

• Comfortable scripting/automating (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).

• Exposure to GRC platforms or ticketing systems (OneTrust, Jira, ServiceNow).

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Experience contributing to compliance activities (ISO 27001, CIS, or similar) or supporting internal audits.

• Experience working with Okta.
