Job Description

Join Our Team at the Islander Inn!

We're looking for experienced and professional Security Guards to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and staff.

Responsibilities include:-Monitoring property grounds and ensuring guest safety-Responding to incidents calmly and professionally-Enforcing property rules and policies to maintain order-Assisting with surveillance and reporting any unusual activity-Handling emergencies and working closely with management when needed

What we're looking for:• ️ Prior experience in security or a related field (hospitality experience a plus!)• ️ Strong observational and conflict-resolution skills• ️ Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions• ️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• ️ Dependable and available to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

Pay Range: $14-$19 per hour, based on experience.
