Job Description
We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to work at a local medical facility in Dothan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients and employees. We have 1st and 2nd shift availability from 6a-6p or 6p-6a from Monday - Friday with rotating weekends.
Security Guard Responsibilities:- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property- Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after end of operations- Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts- Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions- Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation- Provide assistance to people in need
Security Guard Requirements:- Familiarity with security systems- At least 25 years old- Security certificate or relevant training is preferred- Conflict management skills- Military or correctional facility background is preferred
