Job Description

Primary Skills: ServiceNow Security Incident (Advanced), Incident Response (advanced), DFIR (Advanced), Risk Management (Intermediate), Threat Operations (Advanced), Contract Type: W2 Contract Duration: 12 Months Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid) Pay Range: $40.00 - $45.00 Per HourJob Summary:

This role is responsible for orchestrating the resolution of critical security, trust & safety, and fraud incidents. You will ensure smooth operations by managing tasks, tracking progress, and facilitating clear communication across all involved parties. The position requires meticulous documentation and continuous improvement of incident response processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead coordination for major security incidents.
Manage the full incident lifecycle from containment to closure.
Develop and enforce incident response playbooks.
Generate comprehensive incident reports for various audiences.
Facilitate post-incident reviews and drive process improvements.

Must-Have Skills:

Experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) or a comparable ITSM/SIR platform strongly preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent incidents.
Solid understanding of incident response procedures.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in cybersecurity, trust & safety, and fraud incident management within a technology or financial services industry is highly preferred.
