Join our Global Security Operations team as a Security Incident Management Analyst to safeguard our digital landscape.You’ll play a vital role in supporting our response strategies and protecting our stakeholders. This role facilitates thecoordination of the incident response activities, partnering with global experts to tackle complex threats. Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting the senior incident manager and coordination of security incidents, providing updates during live incidents to senior management as well as remediation status and presenting at post incident calls.
  • Responsible for the creation of Root Cause Analysis reports incorporating learning from all incidents, documenting fixes to aid the Incident knowledge base, with the aim to improve consistency and quality of approach and resolution.
  • Managing all security incident management distribution lists, coordinating with the operations teams to make sure the right stakeholders are receiving security incident communications in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for reporting on Security SLA and KPI performance reporting on how the Security team perform which will be reported to stakeholders.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the AVEVA Security incident plan to ensure these align with other business and operational team plans.

Essential requirements

  • 3-5 years information and cyber security experience in a similar position in either an IT or Security incident response role.
  • Excellent coordination and coordination skills at all levels from technical engineers to senior executive.
  • Experience in Technology company or similar
  • Must be willing to work out of hours

Desired skills

  • Writing high quality reports on complex security incidents for senior management in non-technical terms.
  • Ability to interact with AVEVA's personnel at all levels of seniority and across all business units and organizations, and to understand business objectives and values.
  • Well organized self starter
