Job Description
- Lead, conduct, and oversee investigations into internal and external incidents, including theft, fraud, guest disputes, and regulatory violations.
- Develop investigative strategies, collect evidence, and prepare detailed case reports.
- Interview witnesses, employees, and subjects in a professional and legally compliant manner.
- Maintain confidential case files and ensure proper documentation for legal and regulatory use.
- Review surveillance footage and coordinate investigative efforts across departments.
- Collaborate with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Recommend and implement preventive measures to reduce loss and fraud.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, Legal, and Casino Operations.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of security/law enforcement and management experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of casino operations and gaming regulations.
- Expertise in investigative techniques, interviewing, and evidence handling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
