Job Description
This job is with Encode, Inc a fully owned subsidiary of Lancesoft. Role Purpose: Provide leadership in cyber threat monitoring, incident response, and compliance, ensuring adaptation to evolving threat landscapes. Key Responsibilities:•Oversee operations and alerting from SentinelOne (and similar security solutions).•Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and recovery procedures.•Conduct regular vulnerability reviews and recommend mitigation steps.•Educate client staff on security policies and best practices.•Liaise with managed SOC provider for threat investigations.•Document standards and ensure regulatory compliance (e.G., CA public sector). Requirements:•3+ years of cybersecurity experience (endpoint, network, and cloud security).•Hands-on SentinelOne or similar EDR/XDR solutions experience.•Familiarity with compliance frameworks (NIST, CIS).•Relevant security certifications (e.G., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP) desirable.
