Key Responsibilities Ensure the safety and security of personnel, visitors, and property at all times. Conduct regular patrols, monitor surveillance systems, and inspect buildings, access points, and equipment. Manage access control, respond quickly to alarms, and investigate incidents or suspicious activity. Enforce company policies, document irregularities, and handle trespassing situations professionally. Assist with traffic management and access control as needed. Prepare detailed and accurate reports of incidents and daily activities. Monitor building systems and coordinate maintenance when necessary. Maintain compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and applicable laws. Perform basic preventive maintenance on security systems and equipment.
