Location: Syracuse, NY (On-Site)Pay Rate: $18.50–$22.00/hourEmployment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

Protect people and property by conducting patrols and monitoring assigned areas
Respond to incidents, report irregularities, and help enforce site policies
Maintain order and professionalism while assisting with safety concerns
Complete clear and accurate written reports and documentation
Monitor access points and support a secure workplace environment
Follow all company procedures and legal/security regulations

Requirements

Must be able to stand for up to 4 hours and lift up to 15 lbs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent judgment and attention to detail
Customer service-centered approach
Basic computer skills
Valid driver’s license preferred

Nice to Have

NYS Driver License (Preferred)
OSHA 10
NYS Guard Card
Previous security or military/law enforcement experience preferred but not required
CPR/BLS
