Duties

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
• Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR when necessary.
• Enforce company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures.
• Prepare detailed reports of incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
• Manage conflicts effectively while maintaining professionalism in high-pressure situations.

Skills

• Proven experience in law enforcement or security-related fields is preferred.
• Proficient in surveillance techniques and the use of CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of first aid and CPR; certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of loss prevention strategies.
• Ability to manage conflicts with tact and diplomacy.
• Military experience is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Certification in security training or related fields is desirable.
