Security Officer - Bilingual English/ Spanish

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas, observing activity and reporting any suspicious behavior.
• Monitor facilities, entry points, and security systems to maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents with professionalism, using calm judgment to deter or de-escalate situations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed daily reports and incident records.
• Enforce property policies while providing exceptional customer service to employees and visitors.

Requirements

• Valid Florida Class D Security License (required)
• Valid Florida Driver License (required)
• Have reliable personal transportation (required)
• Be available to work overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate strong communication skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish language skills are a plus
