Job Description
Location: Countryside Village Apartments, 450-460 Boston Post Rd E, Marlborough, MA 01752Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 5 PM – 1 AMShift: Overnight shift Pay Rate: $19Key Responsibilities: Patrol the property on foot, walking multiple flights of stairs throughout each shiftMonitor for suspicious activity and report any incidents or maintenance concerns Restrict unauthorized access and engage with the public in a confident mannerMaintain a visible presence to provide reassurance to residents Write detailed reports of daily activities and incidentsRespond promptly to emergencies or alarms Ensure all building access points are secureQualifications & Requirements:Prior experience working overnight security shifts is a plus Ability to walk for extended periods and climb stairs regularlyStrong observational and communication skills Comfortable addressing individuals and setting boundaries professionallyExperience in residential security is a plus, but not required Candidates local to the area are strongly encouraged to apply
