Job Requirements
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Previous security experience preferred.
- Complete CPI training program and recertify every two years.
- A valid Maine driver’s license.
- CPI De-escalation training
- Excellent surveillance, observation skills, and attention to detail
- Good physical condition and offer an impeccable appearance while setting high professional standards.
- Advanced Computer skills.
- Knowledge of medical/security terminology is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- The ability to speak, read, write, and understand written instructions in English is required.
