Job Summary

The Operations Manager reports to the Regional President. The major responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following duties:

Primary Responsibilities

The specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Manage daily operational and administrative functions across multiple security contracts employing over Inter-Con employees
Keep the Senior Vice President apprised of contract performance by accurately communicating status of compliance and identifying any deficiencies in a timely manner
Support the Senior Vice President operational decision-making process
Develop and implement project plans for key strategic initiatives designed to improve operations capabilities and responsiveness across Northern California
Compile productivity and performance SLAs, KPIs, and dashboard reports to ensure metrics are captured and reported for executive level consumption
Ensure the highest standards of conduct, appearance, performance and training are being met at all times.
