An organization is seeking a Security Operations Manager to oversee physical security operations at a large infrastructure project site. This role is responsible for managing security programs, vendor relationships, and incident response while ensuring the safety of personnel, assets, and facilities. The position requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external agencies.

• Manage daily operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC), including incident response and performance tracking.• Oversee security vendors and personnel, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance.• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards.• Support security system projects, including installations, upgrades, and standardization efforts.• Act as liaison with law enforcement, emergency services, and government agencies.• Collaborate with internal teams (safety, legal, operations) to align security strategies and risk mitigation efforts.• Monitor and manage security budgets, procurement, and financial reporting.• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and site inspections to identify vulnerabilities.• Investigate and resolve security incidents, breaches, and threats.• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to security performance and initiatives.• Plan and coordinate security coverage for high-risk activities and events.

• 5–10 years of experience in security operations or related field.• 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.• Strong knowledge of physical security systems, incident response, and risk management.• Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets, and security programs.• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
