Job Description

Information Security Project ManagerLocation: Hudson Yards, NYC — onsite 3 days per week

The Information Security team at a leading global financial services firm protects the organization’s people, data, and platforms while enabling innovation in a fast-paced environment. This role sits at the intersection of security strategy, engineering delivery, and executive governance.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of security and IAM-focused projects, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and execution
Drive Identity & Access Management initiatives, including Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, access provisioning, and authorization/RBAC models
Partner with security, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into measurable outcomes
Track delivery progress, manage risks, and ensure successful project execution
Develop and present reporting and dashboards for leadership reviews
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies; strong JIRA experience required

Requirements:

5+ years of project/program management experience, including 3+ years in cybersecurity or enterprise technology
Strong IAM knowledge from a project delivery perspective (JML lifecycle, access governance, authorization)
Experience supporting executive-level reporting and governance
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in structured environments
Strong communication skills
