The Work:

This position is located in Kirtland AFB, NM. As a Security Representative Senior at Lockheed Martin, you'll safeguard the Collateral Classified Information and warfighting capabilities our citizens and the world depend upon to protect U.S. and global interests. Here, you'll work alongside other security experts, government civilians and military members to support their military operational objectives by providing them with a safe and secure operating environment. In this fast-paced, real-world environment, you'll draw on all your experience and education as well as the resources of Lockheed Martin to keep these exquisite capabilities and intelligence protected.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day site security operations including but not limited to:

• Conduct initial and annual security training for assigned personnel, annual self-inspections/reviews, and staff assistance visits..
• Administrative Security functions, Visitor Control, organizing and filing all administrative program security paperwork to remain Inspection Ready and compliant with USG regulations.
• Conduct self-inspections; manage preparations for and representation of security inspections and audits by government security personnel.
• COMSEC Responsible Officer
• Classified document & media control to include maintenance of logs tracking documents in transition.
• Other duties as needed by site and security leadership

Who we are:

RMS Program Security is eager for program security professionals. In support of our customers, members of the team are responsible for providing all aspects of security support services such as, Security Management, Personnel Security (PERSEC), Physical Security (PHYSEC), Security Education and Training (SETA), Access Control, Media Control, Construction Security Management, and must have a Subject Matter Expert (SME) level of understanding of industrial security regulations and procedures, including experience administering provisions of the 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 117 NISPOM, DOD 5105.21 Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Security Manuals, and DOD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals.

Basic Qualifications:

• AF Security Experience (active duty or contractor)
• Experience managing classified inventory
• Experience with visitor control

Desired Skills:

• Bachelors Degree or higher
• Prior FSO experience
• Prior CPSO experience
• Prior COMSEC experience

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
