Supporting the deployment, testing, and rollout of new security technologies and monitoring capabilities.
Contributing to the development of procedures, training materials, and workflows aligned with the expanding ISAC operating model.
Supporting onboarding of new sites into the enterprise remote guarding and monitoring program.
Maintaining updated procedures, emergency contacts, and monitoring specifications for supported sites.
Assisting with badge issues, limited access control requests, and coordination with site security teams.
Providing updates to ISAC leadership and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
