We're seeking a Security Specialist experienced in personnel, facility, and information security management to support operations across multiple classification levels. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide security management services to protect personnel, facilities, information, and systems critical to organizational operations.
• Support security clearance processing, program security management, and information security functions to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security programs across multiple classification levels and coordinate security activities with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Meet and maintain requirements identified by leadership during events of contingency or training situations to support directed response planning, exercises, and operations.
• Provide additional response support in identified situational action matters with the urgency the matter entails.
• Coordinate and support mission-critical matters requiring timely response and ensure orderly scale down once complete.
• Fully cooperate and assist leadership with documentation, knowledge transfer, and lessons learned following critical support actions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• 15+ years of experience in security management or related functions.
• Strong understanding of personnel, physical, and information security practices.
• Experience coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in classified environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
• Extensive experience leading initiatives and advising senior stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business operations tools.
