As a Security team member, you help maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and team members by monitoring property, responding to incidents, and supporting risk management practices.What You’ll Do:• Conduct routine patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas• Inspect doors, windows, gates, and access points• Respond to alarms, security calls, and on-site emergencies• Investigate and document incidents or suspicious activity• Complete daily Security Logs and incident reports• Monitor fire safety, hazards, and unsecured areas• Assist with emergency response procedures• Escort residents and team members after hours• Support OSHA and infection control compliance• Secure and unlock areas per policyYou play a critical role in protecting residents, safeguarding property, and ensuring overnight and daily safety operations run smoothly.What We’re Looking For:• HS Diploma/GED; age 18+• 2+ years related experience preferred• Strong judgment and decision-making skills• Ability to handle multiple priorities• Clear written and verbal communication skills• Basic computer proficiency• Valid driver’s license (if required)Security Officer – Help Keep Our Community Safe, Secure and ProtectedSecurity Officer | Security Guard | Safety | Loss Prevention | Senior Living | Security OperationsPay Range:
