Security Strategist - Toner Supplies

Description -

Job SummaryThis role is responsible for managing cross-business programs, developing strategy and business roadmaps for toner supplies security, brand authentication, and market access. The role works closely with senior technical and business personnel in toner supplies as well as across HP's supplies business and with our strategic partners in Canon.

Responsibilities• Manages and leads key cross-business programs to drive the engineering development and implementation processes for organization-wide initiatives, transformations, and critical products and services.• Works with program managers, product managers, business leaders, and the executive team to communicate the impact of critical business initiatives.• Demonstrates business acumen and leverages successful experience in managing all aspects of programs, including communicating with stakeholders and directing matrixed teams and resources.• Identifies and evaluates new technologies, innovations, and outsourced development partner relationships for alignment with technology roadmap and business value; creates plans for integration and update into architecture.• Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives• Leads and/or executes engineering projects and spearheads research and development of new technologies, as appropriate.• Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and costs for multiple ongoing projects, ensuring that resources are appropriately allocated and that goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets are met in accordance with program and organizational roadmaps.• Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with technology and development guidelines and standards; integrates suggestions, updates, and innovations into overall architecture.• Leverages recognized domain expertise, business acumen, and experience to influence decisions of executive business leadership, outsourced development partners, and industry standards groups.• Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced development partners regarding design status, project progress, and issue resolution.

• Leads, guides and mentors less-experienced staff members to set an example of program management innovation and excellence.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in engineering design and solutions, implementation across hardware development lifecycle, or a related field.Knowledge & Skills• Automation• Change Management• Continuous Improvement Process• Milestones (Project Management)• New Product Development• Process Improvement• Product Design• Product Lifecycle Management• Product Management• Project Engineering• Project Management• Project Planning• Risk Management

The base pay range for this role is $174,050 - $261,050 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
