Overview
Job Description
- Pull and terminate cables
- Rough-in and finish work
- Installation and maintenance of other electronic equipment
- Custom Installation of various hardware in finished and unfinished residential/ commercial (interior and exterior)
- Install, configure, and test various surveillance hardware, smart-home gadgets, cabling etc
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at all times
- Able to take direction and use cognitive thinking in order to complete complex installations solo or as a team
- Other related duties as assigned by Site Lead or Superintendent
- Must be good at solving and complex installation configurations on the fly
- DSC Security Systems install and programming experience
- Must have clean driving record
- Prior construction experience - knowing your way around a construction site/ home etc
- Prior experience running and terminating RJ45, Coax and RJ-11
- Ability to follow instruction
- Excellent communication skills; strong customer service skills
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds; must be able to bend, stoop, reach, climb.
- Computer Networking and WiFi experience
- Camera NVR programming/ setup experience
- DSC Security products sales experience
- Work vehicle provided
