Position Overview

This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundation in security installation and service looking to grow within electronic security. The role supports installation and service of access control systems, video surveillance, visitor management systems, and related technologies while ensuring strong customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, and troubleshoot electronic security systemsDiagnose issues and recommend/complete repairsProgram and configure systems such as Lenel, Genetec, or BrivoComplete accurate documentation including work orders, system changes, and service recordsMaintain clean, safe, and organized work environmentsSupport and educate customers on system functionalityEnsure compliance with safety standards and regulationsManage and maintain service vehicle inventoryQualifications2+ years of experience in electronic security integrationStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently in the fieldSolid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with PC hardware/software, networking, and databases (preferred)Valid driver’s license (no restrictions)Ability to lift up to 25 lbsPreferred CertificationsLenelBrivoGenetecEducation
