The work is hands-on and field-based, making sure access control, video systems, and related equipment are set up correctly, operating smoothly, and supported with strong customer service.ResponsibilitiesInstall and service access control systems, cameras, door hardware, and low-voltage security equipmentTroubleshoot issues, diagnose root causes, and complete repairs on-sitePerform routine maintenance and system checks to ensure reliable operationKeep clear documentation of work performed, system updates, and parts usedMaintain an organized work vehicle with proper tools and inventoryCommunicate with customers professionally and walk them through system usage when neededFollow all safety standards and jobsite guidelinesRequirementsExperience with electronic security, low-voltage systems, or similar technical fieldworkStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independentlyComfortable using tools, ladders, and test equipmentValid driver’s license and ability to travel locallyHigh school diploma or equivalentSolid communication and customer service skillsSchedule & Typical BenefitsFull-time, generally Monday–FridayHealth insurance, PTO, holidays, and 401(k) typically includedOccasional flexibility based on jobsite needsInterested in hearing more?
