Executive Home Care is a leading home care provider looking for a clinical, or sales professional to drive the next phase of our rapid growth for home care services in the San Diego metropolitan area.

We provide a competitive base salary and commission for the life of services on each patient/client acquired, opening the door for you to build your own "book of business" and steadily increase your annual income.

If you have a proven track record of meeting sales objectives, entrepreneurial itch, or you are a successful healthcare professional (e.g. Social Workers, Case Managers, etc.) seeking a great business development opportunity, this is a fantastic chance to control your career and build a secure future.

Qualifications:

Experience/Background in Sales, Social Work or Clinical Outreach and Education
Drawn to a tightly knit, mission-driven organization
Technical proficiency with standard applications such as word, excel, etc.
Ability to present/educate to small or medium size audiences
Collaborative, willing to learn, team player
Independent, driven and results oriented
Motivated to spearhead organizational success while achieving your own career and financial goals
Organizational and time management skills
Passion for serving the exploding senior community and helping the elderly

This position requires significant time on the road, with driving comprising upwards of 60 percent of the role to build and maintain relationships with referral sources.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
