Who We're Looking For
- Residential HVAC service experience required.
- A technician who naturally builds trust with homeowners.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Someone who enjoys educating customers rather than using high-pressure sales tactics.
- Self-motivated with a desire to grow professionally and financially.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to be coached.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
