The Senior ABAC Compliance Specialist is responsible for executing the company's anti‑bribery and anti‑corruption (ABAC) compliance monitoring and data analytics strategy, with a focus on the areas of highest risk, including third‑party intermediary compliance and ABAC risk assessments. This role sits within the Environmental Business and reports to the Veralto Legal and Compliance Department.
The position partners with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement compliance strategies aligned with department objectives, budgets, and timelines. The Compliance Specialist provides enterprise‑level expertise in compliance risk monitoring and analytics, supports business leaders with actionable insights, and leads business ethics activities for the Environmental business in close collaboration with Legal and Compliance teams.
This position is hybrid and requires on-site presence 2-3 days per week in Fort Collins, CO location.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead a comprehensive, risk‑based approach to identifying compliance issues and executing monitoring activities that provide assurance to management that compliance objectives are being met, including addressing and resolving execution barriers.
- Develop and deliver compliance monitoring KPIs, metrics, and insights to the compliance team, business leaders, and senior management.
- Design and execute risk‑based compliance monitoring plans, protocols, and related data analytics.
- Identify, leverage, and integrate data sources, tools, and systems to proactively monitor, assess, and remediate compliance risks, providing independent review and evaluation to ensure issues are appropriately addressed.
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support business needs, enhance policies and system controls, contribute to training programs, support compliance initiatives, and design assessment tools to validate compliance.
- Lead business ethics training sessions for large audiences and deliver presentations and report‑outs to senior leadership.
- Serve as an individual contributor providing day‑to‑day support to compliance programs and the businesses within scope.
- Limited travel may be required (approximately 10%).
The essential requirements for this role include:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in compliance or audit functions, specifically in compliance monitoring and/or auditing; or an associate degree or relevant compliance-related certifications with at least five (5) years of experience in auditing, analytics, and/or monitoring.
Demonstrated experience managing systems, large data sets, workflow tools, and leveraging data to design and develop compliance monitoring KPIs and metrics.
At least two (2) years of hands-on experience implementing and/or managing Anti‑Bribery and Anti‑Corruption (ABAC) compliance programs, including risk assessments, third‑party due diligence and controls, training, and ongoing monitoring.
Experience evaluating and implementing the key elements of an effective ethics and compliance program within a highly regulated industry, including assessing compliance with laws, regulations, and internal standards.
Experience working with third‑party risk or third‑party management systems.
Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $100,000 - $112,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
