Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day client relationships with responsiveness and follow-through
- Keep projects on track—timelines, deliverables, and next steps always clear
- Help translate client feedback into actionable direction for internal teams
- Partner with cross-functional teams (strategy, creative, medical, PM) to move work forward
- Prep teams for MLR submissions and help manage revisions through the process
- Stay close to the details—nothing slips, nothing stalls
- Track scopes, budgets, and project status with accuracy
- Bring organization and clarity to fast-moving workflows
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a pharma or healthcare agency
- Familiarity with MLR process and regulated environments (or a strong willingness to learn fast)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear, concise communication—internally and with clients
- A proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be asked
- Comfort working across multiple projects and teams at once
Pay Range- $85,000-$105,000
