About the RoleWe’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales Operations team. Reporting to the SVP of Sales & Revenue, you’ll be a high impact executive driving end-to-end sales excellence by transforming healthcare foodservice challenges into high-ARR, multi-module partnerships.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full sales cycle for larger, multi-location healthcare and senior living organizations.
• Lead complex discovery across operations, culinary, finance, and executive stakeholders. 
• Design and position multi-module solutions that drive meaningful operational and financial impact.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value target organizations.
• Identify white space opportunities across multi-site networks. 
• Maintain minimum 3x to 4x pipeline coverage aligned to quota. 
• Lead co-selling motions with strategic distributors, referral partners, and channel partners. 
• Lead internal deal strategy sessions for complex or high-value opportunities.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales.
• Education or training in SaaS sales or healthcare food service.
• Strengths in verbal & written communication, adaptability, and relational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally; valid passport with no travel restrictions (Canada/USA; Vietnam if required).

Compensation: $85,000–$120,000 USD per year

This role requires working onsite in our Dallas office two days per week. If you’re more than an hour away, apply anyway we’re open to discussing options.
