Key ResponsibilitiesComplete month-end accounting close processes and analyze general ledger accounts.Manage day-to-day client relationships, respond to inquiries, and maintain organized work papers.Address complex accounting issues using strong conceptual judgment and initiative.Coach and mentor team members in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.Review work product for quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Qualifications3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.BA in Accounting or Finance preferred.QuickBooks experience preferred.Experience in a client- or customer-facing environment.Background working with multiple clients and/or organizations preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail.
