Location: Remote
Introduction:
Join our dynamic team where you will play a crucial role in financial management and reporting. This position offers the flexibility of working fully remote, with a preference for candidates located in Hawaii or on the West Coast.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to work in Hawaii time zone.
- Ability to work directly for our company on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with OneLink and Oracle systems.
- Background in healthcare accounting.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Review general ledger accounts and prepare and adjust journal entries.
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation, including bank statements and intercompany general ledger accounts.
- Maintain the general ledger chart of accounts.
- Assist with initial internal control evaluations.
- Post monthly, quarterly, and yearly accruals.
