Division Description:

ITW Electronics Assembly Equipment (EAE) Division is made up of four brands strongly recognized by Contract Manufacturers and OEMs in the Electronics and Industrial Markets. The Division designs, develops, manufactures, and markets capital equipment primarily used in the assembly process of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and other industrial applications. Position Summary:

This opportunity is available at either our Hopkinton, MA or Camdenton, MO location, and we welcome applications from candidates in both regions.

The Senior Accountant plays a key role within the Finance team, supporting multiple business entities through accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and continuous process improvement initiatives. This position offers broad exposure to accounting operations, financial analysis, reporting, planning, and cross-functional business support.

This role requires a hands-on and analytical professional who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while balancing both transactional and analytic responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance team and business partners to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.

We are seeking a motivated accounting professional with a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to take ownership and drive results.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting. CPA is a plus.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting month-end close, financial reporting, audits, and business process improvements.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; experience with QAD, or other ERP/reporting systems preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • High-energy team player who thrives in a continuous improvement environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead assigned areas of the month-end close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete financial reporting.
  • Manage tracking, accounting entries, analysis, and reporting related to revenue recognition for EAE in accordance with U.S. GAAP and ITW Corporate policies.
  • Prepare quarterly inventory reserve analyses and calculations in compliance with ITW policy.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly margin report.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and serve as the Finance lead for the annual physical inventory process, including planning, execution, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Detailed review, analysis, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts as assigned
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts activities.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve reporting accuracy, enhance controls, and drive execution.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to cross-functional teams.
  • Assist with payroll reporting, administration, and related activities.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% as needed for business support activities.
  • Other projects as required

  • May require extended periods of sitting and working at a computer

Compensation Information:

This position may be hired in multiple geographic locations. As a result, the salary range for this role will vary based on the candidate's work location, as well as factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.

  • Missouri: $80,000 - $95,000 annually
  • Massachusetts: $90,000 - $115,000 annually
