Are you an experienced accountant looking for an exciting career opportunity in the Tech Services industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. You will be responsible for managing our financial data and ensuring that our financial operations run smoothly. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's financial success.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Accountant, you will play an integral role in maintaining the financial health of our company. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the daily operations of our accounting department, including accounts payable (AP) and general ledger (GL) reconciliations.
2. Preparing accurate and timely financial reports and statements, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and laws.
3. Coordinating and completing annual audits, providing recommendations for improving procedures and systems for initiating corrective actions.
4. Assisting in budget preparation and expense management activities for future needs and investments.
5. Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures, ensuring the highest level of integrity and accuracy of financial data.
6. Collaborating with financial staff to ensure the smooth operation of all finance matters, identifying and resolving financial issues and discrepancies.
7. Keeping up-to-date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this Senior Accountant position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting or a related field, with a focus on AP and GL reconciliations.
3. Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial regulations.
4. Proficiency in using accounting software and experience with a software system implementation.
5. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and manage financial reports and forecasts.
6. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
