Job Details
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct pre-migration interviews with staff to understand acquired companies’ accounting policies and processes.Perform GAP analyses to identify and resolve differences in accounting practices; document findings.Prepare integration timelines, playbooks, training schedules, and other pre-migration materials.Support data accuracy throughout automated ERP processes; assist with manual data entry when required.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to complete integration tasks across departments.Design and deliver financial management training for administrative, accounting, billing, and management staff.Document and share innovative ideas to improve integration processes and accounting workflows.
Qualifications
5–7 years of General Ledger experience.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.Demonstrated empathy and effectiveness during change management initiatives.Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities and tasks.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.Experience with ERP migrations or system implementations preferred.CPA or equivalent certification preferred.Internal audit experience preferred.Exposure to mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes preferred.
