Job DetailsJob Title: Senior AccountantAbout the RoleWe are a well-established, growth-oriented organization operating in a structured, product-driven environment with a strong emphasis on quality, precision, and operational excellence. This organization supports multi-site operations and maintains a strong commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization.The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting financial reporting, maintaining the general ledger, and ensuring accuracy across all accounting functions. This position partners closely with Finance, Operations, and Leadership to drive timely and accurate financial results in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reportingPrepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedulesMaintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy across multiple entities or locationsSupport cost accounting and inventory-related activities within a product-based environmentAssist with financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAPPartner with internal teams to analyze variances, improve processes, and support operational decision-makingAssist with internal and external audits, including preparation of supporting documentationStrengthen internal controls and identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflowsQualifications5-7+ years of accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or product-based environmentsStrong understanding of GAAP, general ledger accounting, and financial reporting processesExperience with month-end close, reconciliations, and audit supportExposure to inventory or cost accounting strongly preferredProficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skillsCPA or CPA-track preferredInterested in hearing more?
