Senior Accountant – Healthcare Services
Location: Boston, MA (on-site)

Position Overview:
The company is seeking an experienced Senior Accountantto join their team. Reporting to the Controller, the Senior Accountant willplay a key role in maintaining accurate financial reporting and supporting thecompany's accounting operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage key aspects of the month-end and year-end close processes, includingpreparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statementanalysis.
- Analyze financial results and trends and provide meaningful insights tomanagement.
- Assist with financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis to supportbusiness planning and decision-making.
- Support external audits by collaborating with auditors and preparingrequested schedules and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems, processes, and internalcontrols for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay informed on relevant healthcare industry regulations and accountingstandards to help ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. 3-5 years of progressive corporate accounting experience.
- Prior accounting experience within healthcare, healthcare services, or arelated regulated industry preferred.
- CPA designation or prior public accounting experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP with experience in financial reporting, generalledger accounting, and month-end close.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP/accountingsystems.
- Ability to work on-site in Boston required.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary based on experience ($90,000-$110,000).
