Senior Accounting Analyst

GHJ Search & Staffing is working with a large, publicly traded healthcare services organization is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to join its fast-growing Digital Health division. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-visibility team within a stable, nationally recognized company experiencing strong growth through acquisitions and operational expansion.

This role offers hands-on exposure to month-end close, expense analysis, budgeting support, and process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and support full-cycle month-end close (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, flux analysis)
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
• Perform operating expense analysis and budget vs. actual variance reviews
• Assist with payroll allocations, reserves, and revenue-related entries
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and finance leadership
• Identify and improve manual accounting processes

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong month-end close experience
• Advanced Excel skills (comfortable with large data sets)
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

$90,000 - $110,000 a year
