Responsibilities of the Senior Accounting Associate in Cleveland, OH:

Perform bank reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness
Process direct bill revenue posting
Manage expense report processing and employee reimbursements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial data integrity

Requirements of the Senior Accounting Associate in Cleveland, OH:

3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in bank reconciliations and expense management
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in financial or professional services preferred

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with insurance brokerage accounting
Experience with Workday, AMS360, or EPIC agency management software
