This role plays a key part in managing the close process, maintaining financial integrity, and supporting strategic decision-making. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA (or similar certification) is preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years experience managing teams.
• Strong cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Tax services experiences is preferred
• Experience with inventory accounting and ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Proven ability to lead month-end close and financial reporting processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
