Senior Accounting Manager

Posting: Unity Search has exclusively partnered with a very reputable healthcare company searching for a Senior Accounting Manager. This company offers strong exposure and a great central location. Here’s more details about the role: Primary Responsibilities: Assist in the annual planning cycle, long-term planning process, forecasting & monthly reporting Create and maintain critical financial reports, processes, and analytical tools in alignment with the organizational and departmental goals and objectives Lead the preparation of financial reporting packages to management, equity backers, lenders, etc.. Collaborate with other departments to identify and create additional financial models to meet forecasting needs Ad Hoc reporting as needed to identify and highlight business trends Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field (master’s a plus). 6 or more years of progressive accounting experience (public foundation preferred) Experience in oral surgery, dental, or medical practice management preferred. Netsuite exposure strongly preferred Multi-unit accounting experience required Strong skills in Excel, SQL, or similar query tools required Compensation will depend on experience with a rough range of $140k to $150k salary plus a bonus!
