Senior Accounting Specialist - Sage Intacct

This open position is for Armanino India LLP, which is located in India. Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).

Responsibilities

• Support the Accounting team in resolving transactional errors across modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Purchasing.

• Build and maintain financial reports and dashboards within Sage Intacct to support internal and client-facing reporting needs.

• Provide functional support for Sage Intacct, including configuration assistance and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with BOS and Accounting teams to improve workflows and ensure data integrity.

• Maintain documentation of accounting processes and system configurations.

• Stay informed on Intacct updates and accounting best practices, recommending improvements where applicable.

Requirements

• Strong accounting experience, including transactional support, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

• Working knowledge of Sage Intacct, particularly in modules such as General Ledger, AP/AR, and Reporting.

• Proficiency in building financial reports and dashboards.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.

• Experience supporting outsourced accounting services or working in a shared services environment.

• Experience in implementing Sage Intacct or other ERP's.

• Familiarity with systems such as Ramp, Bill.com, or Salesforce.

• Sage Intacct certification or formal training.

• CPA or formal accounting education/background preferred.
