• Accountant to join our finance team of top-notch professionals! We offer this hybrid role a competitive salary of $85,000-$95,000 per year.QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR SENIOR ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST
• ACCOUNTANTBachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA certification preferred)4+ years of experience in accounting or finance

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in software pertaining to the role (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Accountant, you'll start your morning by diving into financial statements and ensuring every detail is in order. From there, you'll jump into general ledger management - reconciling accounts, posting journal entries, and making sure every number adds up. Your analytical skills will come to life as you support budgeting and forecasting efforts, keeping a close eye on financial performance and providing actionable insights. Each month-end, you take charge of closing processes, preparing adjustments, and resolving discrepancies. And you don't just crunch numbers - you'll guide junior team members and collaborate on tax strategies and audit support, all while contributing to a culture that values integrity, trust, and growth.WHEN & WHERE YOU'LL WORKThis is a full-time hybrid finance position based in Lanham, MD.
